New look website for Illustrating An Arty Life

Hi everyone, I've really enjoyed using Blogger as my platform for the past few years but as IAAL grows its important that I have the additional functionality that a website can bring. I remember posting my first blog here and consequent blogs revolved around my ideas and process as an artist which really helped as a forum to sound-board my own thoughts out into the open. Not as easy as it sounds! It took me ages to get posting in fear of ridicule but luckily you're a nice bunch. It's also been refreshing to hear other people's comments when you've gotten in touch. Perhaps as IAAL continues I will be able to visit more art exhibitions and events - both small and large, so please continue to visit and support the new website! The North West (my main focus) has so many exciting artists, curators and galleries in its midst making it an incredibly diverse and innovative time to see art.
